Hygiene Vision Europe Ltd accepts all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners PayPal. Please note we are unable to dispatch your goods until payment has been received and funds have cleared.
We wish to deliver your purchases in the quickest and safest possible way. Products will normally be dispatched within 48 hours from order unless specified.
Products ordered on a weekend will not be dispatched until the Monday.
Most orders will be sent out by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Larger orders may be sent out by courier. All items should be with you within 2-3 working days unless specified. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Royal Mail or Courier service.
NON DELIVERED GOODS
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us or for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused.
Any items returned to us due to an incorrect address from the customer and requires the item to be posted again, will be charged postage at the buyer’s expense or refunded minus the postage cost.
If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 10 working days before we re-dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from our courier.
We offer an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing goods are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Notice must be given in writing, your reason for the return, order number and description. You must receive confirmation from us of acceptance of return before you send back any items.
Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.
Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.
